• Refers to appliances or devices connected directly to the internet.
• Items like Amazon Alexa and Google Home are widely known examples of IoT at work.
• Helps simplify workflow processes and cuts costs company wide. Like Artificial Intelligence, it also helps to avoid human error.

 

Trend 3: Cyber Security

• With work-from-home becoming a new normal, cyber security has been at the forefront of people’s minds.
